This client wanted to develop and implementation a skill and competency development strategy and support program for their Business Analysts. This client wanted to attract and retain a top notch workforce and develop a service environment that was of value to both the client and those delivering services. Closing a skill gap or increasing capability often requires the implementation of effective service processes and procedures, management controls, training, coaching and mentoring right down to providing the working teams with the supporting tools and techniques.
