Gas Flow Interruption Payment System

This gas pipeline client required an effective compensation system designed to support the company’s procedure for compensating customers who voluntarily reduce flow during an emergency or other unplanned event disrupting flow on a gas pipeline.  This system was designed and developed to record the flowing customers’ actions and determine the associated revenue credits and debits resulting from those actions during the unplanned event.  The resulting solution met the compensation model developed collaboratively with the regulator, pipeline company and its’ customers.
