Single User License Agreement

Definitions
1. ‘Product’ – Tool Descriptions, Technique Descriptions, Document Templates, Tool Templates, Forms and Checklists whether individual or within Toolkits and the accompanying written materials.
2. ‘Licensor’ - Business Dimensions Consulting Group Inc.
3. ‘Licensee’ – The individual party obtaining rights under this Single User License Agreement.

Ownership
Products are owned by Licensor and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Limited Usage Granted
Licensor grants Licensee the right to use one copy of the Product on a single computer. Because each product has a single user license, please purchase additional Product if you require more copies, for example, share templates with your colleagues. Licensee may load one copy into permanent memory of one computer and Licensee may use that copy only on that same computer. Licensor makes Product download available to Licensee for 3 days after order has been confirmed.

Unauthorized Use
Licensee may not install Product on a network, copy Product, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website, digital device, other media or offer Product for redistribution in any manner. Licensee may print one copy of the Product Tool Descriptions and Technique Descriptions. Licensee may not duplicate or disclose this copy.

Modifications
Licensee is authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our Document Templates, Tool Templates, Forms and Checklists to fit your purposes. This includes changing the text, design, layout, logos etc. Licensee may have unlimited use of templates and forms purchased individually or as part of a Toolkit. Licensee may not claim intellectual property rights to any of our Products, modified or unmodified.

Assignability
Licensee may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license without prior written consent from Business Dimensions Consulting Group Inc.

No Warrantee
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Exclusion of Liability
In no event shall Business Dimensions Consulting Group Inc. be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits, lost savings or any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the Licensee’s use of or inability to use our Products.
