This one day course provides the participants with an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of business systems and the conditions required for optimal business system performance. The participant is introduced to systems thinking principles and how to apply them to any improvement initiative. Participants learn how to use system thinking principles and a powerful framework to quickly and effectively position their initiatives within the ‘big picture view’.
