Alice Bienia and Marlene Barker are the cofounders and managing principals of Business Dimensions Consulting Group Inc.
Alice Bienia has over 30 years of experience as a business leader, management consultant, business analyst, facilitator and corporate trainer.
Alice is dedicated to helping executives, teams and individuals get the results they need. With an in-depth understanding of the complexities and interdependencies of all the business components and knowledge of emerging technologies, Alice helps her clients develop clarity around intended business outcomes and the strategies and actions to get there. She has helped her clients design and implement numerous innovative business solutions, some of which have been nominated for recognition by CIPA (Canadian Information Productivity Awards) and the Canadian CIO Information Technology Excellence (ITX) awards.
Alice has designed and delivered business and leadership training programs including Managing Personal Growth, Self Assessment, Facilitation, Leadership DimensionsTM and Business Analyst DimensionsTM. Since 1992, Alice has delivered workshops, seminars and corporate training sessions to thousands of participants from across Canada and the United States.
Alice has written numerous articles and spoken at various local and national associations such as the Institute of Internal Auditors, Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG), and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP).
Marlene Barker is a management consultant and master business coach with over 25 years of business and management as well as corporate and executive coaching experience. Marlene’s extensive experience in the oil and gas, marketing, transmission, acquisition/divestment, information technology and government sectors, provides her with an in depth understanding of the business challenges facing today’s leaders.
Marlene focuses her skills and expertise on helping her clients identify specific and measurable goals, create structures to enhance success and develop the accountability required to achieve the intended results. Marlene also provides individual, executive and team coaching, facilitation, workshops and corporate training to enhance leadership and personal effectiveness. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and International Institute of Business Analysis.
Marlene is dedicated to helping people achieve business results and realize the power they bring as personal leaders to each situation, so that they can live the purposeful lives they were meant to live.
