| Designed For: Business analysts, project managers, team leaders, organizational effectiveness specialists or senior professionals with either a business or IT background, who are looking to build on their proficiency in defining the true business need or issue clearly and accurately right from the start. Overview: In this two day workshop, participants learn how to remove ambiguity from the business need statement and focus on the true value of the improvement initiative to be undertaken. Participants learn how to use critical thinking skills and techniques, and work with their clients to ensure the right problem is being addressed and quality information gathered about the business requirements, right from the start. Through extensive use of examples and case study, participants will learn what they can do to construct effective business need statements as well as ensure quality information is gathered about their client’s business requirements.
