Overview: This two day course focuses on the requirements, skills and techniques of good facilitation. Providing an essential experiential learning environment, participants are given the opportunity to put into practice some of the processes and techniques presented. A great course to provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to engage others and lead a workshop to gather business information, conduct reviews, model processes, reach consensus or facilitate decision making.
