Business analysts, organizational effectiveness specialists and those with either a business or IT background who are looking to build on their proficiency in leading the design of business solutions or new processes, products or services.

Overview:
A three day workshop that provides participants with an opportunity to use and apply their knowledge of the business analysis process and gain hands on experience in analyzing current system performance and developing conceptual solution designs and functional requirements to address the business needs.

With guidance from the workshop facilitators, participants will use and apply the principles, tools and techniques for effective business analysis to the case study presented. Using the solution concept document as a guide, participants will translate the conceptual solution design and requirements to the specification level typically required by the system design engineers and architects.
